Adobe Unveils CS4 Suite

right about the time all of us get use to photoshop cs3, adobe has announced that they will be releasing cs4 in october. check out the article here.

this is really the last chance to catch the 2008 portfolio show at ART Station. check out the link and see when ART Station is open, it is absolutley worth the trip to stone mountain. we will be pulling the show on november 5th so the last day to get in there will be on the 3rd.

It's About Time

fall is my favorite time of year. it is finally time to breake out the fire barrell. i am looking forward to sitting by the fire with some of my friends and enjoying what the south has to offer. i like shooting more in the fall because the air is a lot clearer, and the smog isnt a problem with landscape/cityscape shots. i hope everybody gets a chance to get outside and sit by a nice fire.

Hidden Treasures

i was riding around atlanta with my camera trying to find something interesting. i found this place tucked into one of the many cubbies of atlanta. there are four or five buildings surrounding a courtyard and this is my favorite shot.

The Mountains

i finally made it to the mountains. there are some interesting things up in north carolina. over the past few years the department of natural resources has been re-introducing elk to the blue ridge mountains. i was lucky enough to spot these elk grazing in a field on the side of the rode. i pulled over and put my 200mm lens on and shot to my heart's content.

Monkey-ing around

this is a self-portrait. i decided to have a little fun with it in photoshop to make it a little more interesting (and no it isnt a photoshop filter). every once in a while i will monkey around with a picture that sucks, and see if my computer geek side can work it out.

Rain- What a Bummer

i had a trip up to north ga planned for today. i was going to go and take pictures of the changing leaves, but i got rained out.
